Omaha Track’s mobile crews remove abandoned tracks anywhere across the United States. We will buy and remove any size project anywhere in the nation. Our resources include experienced management and crews as well as insurance and capital for purchasing and bonding any project. We have a large fleet of equipment operated by experienced and safety-trained crews. They have the knowledge and equipment to work on Class 1, regional, and short-line railroads to complete the job safely and on time.
Short-Line Services
Omaha Track offers short-line railroads unique opportunities to acquire materials for maintenance or upgrade of their railroads. Our expert sales, consulting, and finance personnel take special interest in your needs and will help you to achieve greater operating efficiencies. We maintain a large inventory of relay track materials including all sizes of relay rail and accessories (tie plates, joint bars, anchors, turnouts, etc.), as well as relay railroad ties, relay switch tie sets, bridge ties, bridge timbers and other work products from many project locations across the United States. Our ability to sell large volumes of scrap and reroll materials enables us to offer top dollar for used material.
